Newly created openings for Contact Center Representatives. American Customer Care (ACC), a fullservice Business Process Outsourcer specializing in Contact Center work is currently recruiting to fill new openings on our very diverse Altoona Contact Center team. ACC's teams handle inbound customer service phone inquiries for a variety of products and services.
Outbound Telephone Survey Representative: We have 10 openings for Telephone Survey Reps. These positions are all Monday through Friday, either 9:00am to 5:00pm or 9:00am to 3:00pm. Starting pay for these positions is $10.00/hr.
ACC offers work schedules to meet most needs, paid training, paid time off and competitive benefits.
Requirements are good written/verbal communication skills and proficiency with basic computer functions.
